Welcome to FLEUR. By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging with us through any platform (including Instagram and WhatsApp), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. General
   FLEUR is a premium footwear brand offering handcrafted products. All items are made with care and intention, and slight variations may occur as part of the handmade process.
   By using our services, you confirm that:
   - you are at least 18 years old
   - using the platform under supervision
   - provide accurate and complete information when placing orders.
   
   
2. Product Information
   We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, slight differences in color may occur due to lighting or screen settings handcrafted items may have minor variations, which are not defects. These variations are part of the character of the product.
   
   
3. Pricing & Payments
   All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
   Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
   We reserve the right to update pricing based on material or production costs.
   Accepted payment methods may include:
   - Cash on Delivery (COD)
   - Bank transfer
   - Digital payment
   Orders will only be processed once payment confirmation is received (for prepaid orders).
   
   
4. Order Confirmation & Processing
   Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
   All FLEUR products are handmade, with an estimated lead time of up to 5 working days before dispatch.
   During high-demand periods, lead times may vary slightly.
   We will notify you of any significant delays.
   
   
5. Shipping & Delivery
   Delivery timelines vary based on location.
   FLEUR is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
   Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
   If an order is returned due to incorrect information, re-delivery charges may apply.
   
   
6. Exchanges
   At FLEUR, we aim to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
   Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
   Items must be:
   - unworn
   - in original condition
   - returned with original packaging
   Exchanges are subject to size or availability.
   
   
7. Returns
   We currently do not offer refunds unless the item is defective.
   In case of a genuine defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
   Non-returnable Items:
   - Worn or damaged items
   - Custom or made-to-order variations
   
   
8. Cancellations
   Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
   Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
   
   
9. Care & Responsibility
   FLEUR products are made with high-quality materials and require proper care.
   We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, exposure to water, heat, or improper storage.
   Care instructions provided should be followed to maintain product longevity.
   
   
10. Intellectual Property
    All content on FLEUR platforms including images, designs, text and branding is the intellectual property of FLEUR and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
    
    
11. Limitation of Liability
    FLEUR shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages, delays beyond our control, or customer dissatisfaction due to personal preferences (e.g., fit expectations outside standard sizing)
    
    
12. Privacy
    We respect your privacy.
    Customer information is used only for order processing, communication and improving customer experience.
    We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.
    
    
13. Changes to Terms
    FLEUR reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
    Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
